- jobs and games -
Jake is right, that does hit home. Everything was going ok till he threw up the horns...then it was personal.

Ok, jokes out of the way.

I went to an interview today at CDS again. I guess they have 2 positions that are open and I got to meet people from both teams as well as my would be boss, and his boss.

Overall the interviews were rather uneventful and I don't have any indications that it went badly, or the other way.

I got a free lunch out of the deal, a free pop, and got to meet some nice folks.

I then got to take a big long aptitude test that was friggin retarded. If that test is useful in saying how good a programmer I would be, then I'll chew on a stick. Vocab(doesn't seem useful to me), logic(confusing math problems that actually does sound applicable), letter sequences(almost makes sense), fast thinking(easy addition, multiplication, subtraction, and division that you are given very little time for - not useful), and diagrams(stupidest and easiest test on the face of the earth).

Anyway, I came out of there at 2:30 quite tired after my 5 1/2 hours of interviewing. I sure hope some villians are causing trouble in Paragon City, cause I feel like smacking them up for a while. Maybe i should play Doom 3, the most frightening game I've ever played, instead.

Decisions...

edit: Why are the old site and hacky site gone? The sadness is large.
