Ok, our power goes out just as much at the new place, maybe a little more so far. I finally reset my clock after a day. The power went out again at about 4am this morning. After my computer restarted the left speaker on my computer apparantly started playing a sound "system failed cpu test." Where this sound was coming from I don't know. It was quite quiet and turning the sound on the computer down did not stop it. Turning all sound to the right speaker did not stop it. Unplugging the stereo from the computer...i can't remember if it stopped it right now. The only way to stop it was to turn off the stereo, change the stereo to not auxiliary, or unhook the left speaker. It was very quiet and at first i just thought it was an annoying sound. Then I listened closer and thought it was saying "Christian failed, go to Utah." That one was a little more scary than the "System failed cpu test."
I restarted the computer. It got really loud when the computer turned off for 2 loops and then stopped. It was during these 2 loops that i knew that it actually was saying what it was and finally began to stop worrying about Christian's failure. I'm going back to bed, I don't get up at 6AM no matter what time my clock by my bed says.
